We would like to formally notify you of a change in the academic schedule following the latest directive from the Uganda Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES). To ensure the safety and smooth transit of learners during the national election period, the official start date for Term 1, 2026 has been adjusted.
New Reporting Schedule:
- Continuing Students (S.2, S.3, S.4, & S.6): All students are expected to report to campus on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
- Senior One (S.1) Entry: The new cohort will report to school on Monday, February 16, 2026.
- Senior Five (S.5) Entry: Reporting for S.5 students will commence on Monday, February 23, 2026.
Important Reminders for Parents:
- Safety First: We encourage parents to arrange transportation early, as travel demand may be high around the new reopening dates.
- School Requirements: Please ensure all personal requirements and school fees are settled in accordance with the Rise and Shine School Fees Policy to allow for a seamless registration process.
- Term Duration: Term 1 is now scheduled to conclude on Friday, May 1, 2026.
